Idea Development and Bene Comfort have signed a cooperation agreement as part of the Idea Panorama I project.

The project’s infrastructure includes a three-level parking facility, a lobby with concierge service, relaxation and recreational areas, a padel court, and children’s spaces. Each apartment in Idea Panorama I features a multifunctional terrace offering panoramic views.
As part of its partnership with Idea Development, Bene Comfort will provide administrative, operational, and technical management of the project. The company will also be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of common areas, as well as the efficient organization of utility services.
