After a successful 13-year career in the banking sector, the day came when I had to make probably one of the riskiest decisions—to dive into a completely new and, at that time, very unfamiliar field for me. And since I believe that we create transformative opportunities for ourselves, this new challenge became the very transformation that was destined to define my future.
This is how I found myself in the property management and maintenance business. It began with the development company m², where, as Deputy General Director, I led the property maintenance division. The next step was Archi, where I took over the largest portfolio of completed projects and headed the department responsible for the maintenance of residential complexes and resident care,” said Natia Shanshiashvili.
