On March 31, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Homer Alpha and Bene Comfort, under which Bene Comfort will fully take care of the daily living experience at Homer Alpha.
The partnership between Bene Comfort and Homer Alpha has developed based on the shared values of the companies, focusing on creating comfortable and exceptional experiences in residential spaces.
The cooperation includes maintaining cleanliness in common areas, landscaping and property maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of smart home systems, and the proper functioning of equipment and installations within the project.
Bene Comfort has been operating in the Georgian market since 2019, offering customers entirely new standards for maximum comfort. The company provides comprehensive management to ensure the efficient functioning of residential complexes.
Currently, Bene Comfort provides services to over 40 residential complexes and daily cares for the comfort and well-being of up to 20,000 residents. The company’s team is composed of professionals with extensive experience and knowledge in the service industry.

The first project of the development company Homer, “Homer Alpha,” is being built in Digomi on Bob Walsh Street, next to the U.S. Embassy and the Olympic Swimming Pool.
