As part of the partnership, Bene Comfort will provide services in Chronometer’s common areas, including a manager, concierge, cleaning staff, elevator maintenance, gardening, a general technician, and fire safety system maintenance. The company will also be responsible for parking area cleaning, utility management, and the maintenance of the power generator.
